Statistics

The statistics sheet provides a quick overview of the quantity of different types of issue. This gives an immediate healthcheck of the issues within the ArcHouse system helps focus effort on the most important issues. When the contents of this sheet are recorded over time trends can easily be seen. Analysing the trends it is possible to detect areas where more training may be required and also help calculate how much resource may be required to resolve particular issues. It is also possible to see how correcting one type of issue may have impacts on other areas.

People Issues

This sheet display details about issues related to Applicants, Tenants and other people stored in the Orchard Housing Management System.  Various simple data anomalies are checked including date of birth (DOB), gender and Title.  Other checks focus on missing data, duplicated information and how a person is linked to other parts of the system such as tenancies and applications.

When used appropriately this sheet can help resolve issues that could lead to incorrect payment allocations, duplicate mailings and embarrassing mistakes.

Property Issues

This sheet helps to identify issues with properties, blocks, flats and common areas.  The issues on this sheet will help identify properties that have not been correctly disposed of.

Tenancy Issues

This sheet identifies issues with tenancies and rent.

Miscellaneous

Any issues not already covered are included on this sheet. This sheet will show various codes that may be defined in the system yet unused.
